Response targets
TechCommons aims to acknowledge an accessibility request within two business days and confirm whether the adjustment can be provided within five business days, or before the first session if sooner.

Depending on the learner, course and room, reasonable options include:
- Digital lesson instructions and accessible digital formats wherever practicable
- Larger text and screen zoom
- Written and verbal instructions
- Repeated demonstrations and additional processing time
- Additional breaks and seating choice
- Paired support
- Reduced sensory load where the room permits
Limits that require an honest conversation
TechCommons cannot currently commit to personal care, medical supervision, specialist therapeutic support, Auslan interpretation, specialist equipment or one-to-one support. If a request cannot be safely provided, TechCommons will explain that before enrolment.
Venue information
The proposed community-class venue is Dougherty Community Centre in Chatswood, but the room is not booked. Physical access features, entrance, room, drop-off and collection instructions will be verified and published after confirmation.
